With our highest level of service, we’ll work with you closely through the duration of your project. 

You’ll get:

A concept board and two-dimensional floor plan. We’ll provide concept imagery, showing furniture selections and unique design elements in the customer’s palette. 

Product sourcing. We’ll provide 2 to 3 alternatives for all finishes and materials. We’ll also order samples of materials to consider for construction (tile, paint, wood, etc.).

3D mockups. We’ll visualize details like suggested finishes, hardware, and material transitions. We can produce hyper-realistic renderings at an additional cost. This step is optional but encouraged.

Material and product purchasing. We’ll track budgets and purchases in our client-friendly project management system. 

Construction drawings and design management. We’ll hand off drawings to the contractor and coordinate with them throughout the construction phase. We’ll also stage the finished space prior to photography.

If your project doesn’t include new construction, remodeling, or structural changes, we can help with just the furnishings. 

You’ll get:

You’ll get:

Project tour. Our designer will visit your project for an in-person consultation. 

Design recommendations. Within 7-10 days, we’ll follow up with suggestions for design elements like furniture, lighting, paint, materials, and finishes. We offer sourcing and purchasing for an additional fee. We can also provide information on how to properly donate, recycle, and dispose of unwanted products and materials.
